会阴整形与性别重塑中心主任,北京协和医学院教授博士研究生导师,中国医学科学院整形外科医院主任医师,中华医学会整形外科分会会员,国际美容整形外科学会会员(ISAPS),美国耶鲁大学、哈佛大学、加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校整形外科中心访问学者,比佛利山Medical Tower客座教授。美国 Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery 和 Journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery 杂志特约审稿人。
临床医疗:主要从事各种原因导致的人体体表组织器官畸形及缺失的临床修复重建工作,擅长应用显微和扩张皮瓣修复大面积体表组织缺损和器官再造,尤其在会阴整形及性器官再造方面有独特造诣。熟练掌握:1、显微外科技术:以显微外科技术和原则指导的复杂多组织远位游离吻合血管及微创修复操作。2、整形外科技术:以整形外科技术和原则无创无张力指导的内在功能与外观形态兼顾的修复理念。3、皮肤组织扩张技术:以美观为指导的就近扩张及灵活多变的扩张皮瓣移植转移方法。
临床主要解决:1、泌尿生殖及肛门部位的先天性畸形(尿道下裂、阴道闭锁、肛门闭锁)、外伤及感染后的瘘与窦道、肛门失禁、盆底松弛。2、真假两性畸形及跨性别畸形的性器官再塑造,以及性别重塑后的五官轮廓和体形雕塑。3、体表创伤瘢痕及先天性胎记的修复,尤其对于复杂的面部及会阴部的毁损性畸形有丰富经验。4、医学美容:双眼皮成形、睑袋切除、鼻成形、腹壁成形、除皱、面部年轻化手术;失败的美容手术修复;隆胸与乳房下垂矫正;吸脂与脂肪移植技术。
科学研究:2001年参与卫生部临床学科重点项目“尿道下裂综合治疗的研究”。2002年承担国家自然基金“组织工程化尿道的研究”中种子细胞的培养与动物实验部分研究工作。2012年主持完成人事部留学基金“鼠皮肤干细胞空间分布规律研究”。2015主持完成院所基金课题“携带神经肌肉支配及阔筋膜再造白膜的犬功能阴茎再造术”。2018年6月-2022年6月主持首都特色临床项目“动态功能性阴茎再造的临床应用研究”。2021年9-2023年10月主持中国医学科学院科技创新项目“三维扫描技术在颈部瘢痕挛缩精准治疗中的应用”。2021年一月-2022年一月院所基金“假两性畸形家系的基因遗传学研究”及“组织工程阴茎海绵体的构建”。2024年1月开始主持首都发展专项课题“基于真皮血管三维可视化的跨区皮瓣远端静脉淤血机制研究”。
