中文摘要：目的 探索一种微创缝合悬吊手术技术，治疗面神经瘫痪瘫和面部老化。方法 自2006年以来我们采用自行设计的李氏埋没导引缝合针和李氏埋没导引缝合器，以埋没导引的方法，通过深部组织缝合悬吊的技术治疗面神经瘫痪遗留的面部表情不对称42例，其中完全性面瘫31例、部分性面瘫11例；治疗面部老化造成的皮肤松垂15例。结果 42例面瘫患者中40例获得比较满意的效果，经6~12个月的随访效果稳定，1例因部分性缝线松弛引起面部松垂，通过再次悬吊缝合得到满意的矫治，1例出现缝线感染，经过引流、抗炎等处理3周后使炎症得到控制，治疗效果满意。12例面部老化患者术后即取得满意的年轻化效果，3例面部老化患者手术后存在缝合处张力不均衡，局部有一定的牵拉痕迹，但经过1~3个月的恢复，均达到理想的效果，随访6~9个月全部患者感觉满意。结论 埋没导引深部组织悬吊技术是一种治疗晚期面瘫和面部老化比较理想的方法，创伤小、操作简单、效果可靠，值得推广。

Deep-seated tissue suspensory technica by underlying guided suture to treat the skin laxity in facial paralysis and aging.

Abstract: Objective To explore a micro-wound suture technica of deep-seated suspensory for the treatment of facial paralysis and aging. Method A series of homemade needles and guides for underlying guided suture was used to treat the skin laxity in 42 cases of facial paralysis and 15 cases of facial aging science 2006. All of them were used the suture technica of deep-seated suspensory . Results 40 in 42 facial paralysis cases obtained satisfactory effect, and the effect of them were steady in 6 to 12 months followed-up . One case appeared parts facial laxity as a few of sutures were loosed. She gained a satisfactory effect by an underlying guided suture again. Another cases appeared suture infection. Anti-biotic and drainage were used and a good result were gained in her 3 weeks late. 12 of 15 facial aging Cases got perfect youthful effects, and 3 cases showed unbalanced tension of facial skin in the suture region. There were some traces of suture pull. They were achieved ideal effects through a resume process of 1 to 3 months. All of the 15 facial aging cases felt satisfaction in the follow up of 6 to 9 months. Conclusion Deep-seated tissue suspensory technica by underlying guided suture was a kind of ideal operative method in the treatment of facial paralysis and aging. It is good for popularizing as its micro-wood, simple operation and trustiness effect.
